Ambience good.Food was okay so far.You got full but nothing more.The schnitzel tasted pretty good, but the sauce didn't taste goodRed cabbage tasted very strange and disgusting.Cucumber salad was good though.Service leaves a lot to be desired. The music was really bad.Service doesn't speak German.Radler mixed with Fanta instead of Sprite.
I was there early on Friday afternoon march 29.We were a party of three.Our server was Yana.She was lovely, professional, and attentive.The menu was extensive. It was difficult to choose from such a wide variety.We all enjoyed what we ordered.We would definitely go back next time we are in New York.

Good food! It gives a bit of a German feel while staying in New York City. The German potato salad was some of the best I’ve ever had! Be sure to stop in and try it. Bierhaus was within walking distance of our hotel.
