Disgusting Bagel. One of the worst I have tasted in my life. I wish I asked for a refund. It was terrible. Avoid this place

Horrible and super rude staff!!!
I came in today for the first time in this location, and the moment I sit down one of the staff (don’t remember his name but starting with letter B.) approached me asking what do I want to order, I said give me few minutes please, right after that another guy approached saying sorry you can’t just sit here without ordering anything, I replied “as I said give me time to decide what to order, for what I heard a very rude response saying “we gave you 10 minutes already!!! Seriously?? You talk to guest in this manner? I’ve never experienced such an intense pressure on me before! Still shocked and disappointed! Will never come back to this place again!! They have to train their staff for hospitality and at least some respect!!

Very bad experience. Employees are so rude and the place was extremely messy. Even I told showed them the table they didn’t care. And the food was also very bad for $20. Chicken salad literally has 3 pieces of chicken only. Wasted money and time.

I remember when Chobani first opened and how great it was. There really isn’t another place like it. I used to love the toasted coconut and pineapple yogurt, but it’s no longer on the menu. The selection keeps getting smaller, even for fruit toppings. I know some of that depends on the season, but lately the options just feel limited.

Another issue is the fruit quality. Not all of it is ripe, and I’ve ordered mango several times only to get hard, unripe pieces. The yogurt and food are still good and unique, and the staff is always friendly, but the overall quality and attention to detail have declined.

I would gladly pay more to see Chobani return to the level of care and freshness it once had. If things continue this way, it will lose what made it such a special place to begin with.

Walked super far to get there at 545 and pick up creamers. Door is locked and the guy behind the kitchen gestured that they are not open so I pointed to their clearly marked hours until 6pm.

Really lame

Avoid. I should have never ordered based on the amount of people waiting for their food. 40 min for a smoothie?!??!? And the cashier was very unpleasant.
