Super expensive. Extras will cost you a kidney. Staff makes up dressing amounts on salads before they charge you a bar of gold for extra dressing. Most employees can't speak the American language.

Even 1star is too much for this place. The stuff has so horrible attitude you could ever meet in your life. Very rude,unprofessional and disrespectful. Grow in your employees humanity Chopt! You’re charging people more than other places and all you can get is bunch of lettuce with a lot of hot dressing without even being asked if you wanted. Never ever will come back or recommend to anyone to go. Save your time,mental health and money and don’t enter this place.

Waited a long time for the delivery person to pick up my food that was supposedly had been ready for a long while only to get it and it was incorrectly prepared! It was the Sesame Ginger Chicken salad that was missing the most important part…The chicken! Unacceptable to not look into an order and make sure it was correctly prepared, especially since it was sitting there for a long time waiting for someone to pick it up.

Monday evening 7pm.Long craved salad, I came from Jersey city on a boat to grab the Kale Caesar for dinner. When paying im informed they are out of bread so I ask for some extra croutons. Two people refuse to give them to me as I am supposed to pay for them. After a third employee gets involved i finally receive the croutons. Salad does not taste as good after.Please educate the staff that its ok to be nice and give the customers croutons if you ran out of bread.
