The service is quick and the staff is prompt, effective, and friendly, walking customers through options without rushing. The restaurant offers a separate pickup location for orders and an app with rewards that can get a free bowl.
However, there are some downsides. The restaurant gets very busy, especially during lunch time (12-2) Monday through Friday, leading to long waits. Even ordering 20 minutes in advance on the app can result in waiting for pickup. There is not enough seating. For those with allergies, there is a lack of awareness for cross contamination, as salads sometimes contain chunks of things not chosen, like tomatoes or pickles. Also, when ordering a salad ahead of time, dressing is often missing from the pickup bag. Despite these issues, NAYA is worth trying for its good price, portions, and taste.
