I've been taking out from this location for at least 5 years. I ordered a salad online with some customization ( add Arugula and lemon). There was no additional charges shown on the site when I ordered. It's about 5 blocks from my office. I get down there, pick up my order, and get back to my office to find the arugula and lemon were not added. I called the store to learn that Arugula is .79cents- but the site didn't show that. I asked for a replacement salad- as a long term client I think that's fair. The store manager would only give me 1/2 credit. I'm hesitant to ever leave a negative review- but for a few dollars they've turned my into a "Never Chop't" er. Sweetgreen is next door and they're better

Had an awesome time ordering from Chopt recently! Super easy to get my order in, and the food got to me fast and fresh. The salad was packed with flavor - seriously, every bite was a little celebration. Plus, they seem to really care about using good, sustainable packaging, which is a big plus in my book. Shoutout to the Chopt team for being so on the ball and making my meal not just tasty but also super convenient. Forced myself to try this place after briskly walking past it for a full year. $32 with tax got me a salad with protein and a wrap with protein. Both were unsatisfying and would have been unpalatable if not for dressings or bacon, maybe both. If the menu items at Chopt indicate creativity, then it's no wonder creatives struggle to make a living.

I ordered on the app which was super fast and easy. I walked in and order was ready when I arrived. Employee knew my first name and thanked me when I left. Food is fresh and tastes great. Location is super convenient. Highly recommended!

My go to is the crispy chicken ranch salad and it hits the spot. The service is usually quick, however, I do avoid ordering between 12-1 pm when lines are typically long.

This place used to be a regular go to for me years ago. But since covid, might be the most lifeless fast casual spot in the city. Went to bryant park and got a salad. They only included one baby cup of dressing so I went to ask for another side. Instead of assisting, the staff member insisted I pay 79 cents for it. Who can dress an entire salad with one cup! Bought the cup and returned to eat but only to be further disappointed with a bowl of lettuce and very minimal chicken/toppings. They went full corporate and don't care about customer experience anymore. Definitely avoid unless you enjoy $15 buckets of lettuce.

I got the Mexican Caesar from meal pal and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I just wish meal pal had it more oftenThe sauce was great the chicken was tasty and the jalapeños were a great touch. Nice service and I didn’t wait long for my order. I could eat this everyday. Prob gonna get another one for dinner lol

A heads up for this location. Your order might be ready but not out on the shelf although my text message related to my order was ready for pick up. Management at this location has to do better for their staff. If it's out of their control, corporate needs to help. Shame on management subjecting their staff to the malfunction of the process that you have set up. There's always people there waiting 30 minutes or more for their food and if they're not aggressive enough are subject to wait longer.
