This is now the third time I have had mobile orders not be done and have to wait upwards of 20 minutes for them to catch-up on a backlog of mobile orders, even though I put my order in HOURS ahead of my planned pickup in store. Used to come here weekly, going to have to stop since I only come so I can walk in and out fast.

Went here to meet up with a friend. We came during peak time on a Thursday but thankfully were able to find an empty table. The service was quick with taking our order and within 5 minutes we had our orders ready. The salad was fresh and the ability to really customize the salad with toppings and different dressings was great.

Im a regular at chopt. Won't be going anymore because they plan on not chopping up salad anymore and having everything pre chopped. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CALLING IT CHOPPED Also they took away the steak salad and changed there menu .Most of there salad menu caters to women . Men like salads too but they tend to want them more hearty and filling.
