Sugar fish will forever be my favorite. Such a good option for reasonably priced, elevated casual restaurant. No matter which location I visit, I always get the exact same amazing sushi, service and price. I love how fresh, simple and delicious their sushi is. I don’t think I ever really noticed the difference in sushi rice until I tried sugar fish, their rice is so so tasty. Service is always quick and friendly and tip is included in the prices. Go to omakase in NYC, it really is a the best value for the price you are paying without breaking bank.The attention is great, and the menu is consistent: always really good and fresh.For me, the scallop nigiri is a MUST.

Always solid. Get the albacore belly! Bay scallop hand roll is definitely my favorite. The consistency of sugar fish from location to location is amazing. You always know what to expect and you don’t leave disappointed.
