I was instructed by the business manager to reach out to their customer service team by email, which I did on 10/24/2023, and I never received a response. I added one star for the food.
I highly recommend Potbelly for a solid sub in the city. I usually get the wreck or the Italian, both are delicious. Add some oil and seasoning to make your sandwich juicer and more flavorful. They don’t skimp out on the fillings (meats, hot peppers, etc). Ordering through the app and doing pickup is fast and convenient. Their sandwiches are the perfect size (original size) to fill you up but not stuff you. Give it a shot!

It's a surprisingly nice sandwich shop in Midtown. I ordered the wreck and my partner a sandwich with meats. The staff are quite friendly and the menu is designed to help you build a sandwich on a similar principle to eg Subway. Would I be back? Probably Yes
