Great meatball sandwich and roast beef sandwich. Tae was great and made our experience nice. The staff member who took our order was also really kind. A lot of work to make these sandwiches and they are doing a good job. Recommend this instead of Jersey Mikes across the street.
Rude and inattentive staff who simply didn’t care - extremely slow, chatting and felt like they were on a holiday while servicing a lunch rush queue. Forgot and asked me to repeat my order 2 times. Sandwich was made in slow motion.

Potbelly offers food that tasted great, like the Pizza Melt. costumer service can be fantastic, but at some locations it is terrible, with inattentive staff and an unkind atmosphere. An empty restaurant on lunch rush was noted, and a cashier preferred conversation over checking out. A sandwich was prepared with a huge avocado peel that needed pointing out, and communication was hard because the staff did not understand English. Another location was praised for a good sandwich that was filled, though it became a mess while eating. This spot has less sitting area and is more of a pickup place.
