Omg this is my favorite place to come for my salads & ice🤤 This location is very well organized and very clean. The team they have there are all welcoming and very thoughtful! My favorite people to see is Gabriela & Steven they are always putting a smile on my face and making sure I’m well taken care of they believe that great customer service is a lasting impression that you leave someone with whether it’s an impression that last a few minutes a day or even a lifetime. I LOVE this location! It’s always clean, never backed up, quick, super efficient. All the staff are so kind & engaging but the manager Steven?? He is a DREAM! His energy is so high, his vibes are unmatched!! He also makes my salad with the PERFECT ratio of everything each & every time! I won’t go to another location just because of him! 10/10 experience every single time🤍

I had very horrible experience today 08/28/24 with Latina woman there . She was very upset and rude . While making my salad and when I asked her is everything ok . She said “I’m in a rush”. I am customer . I am placing an order . They charged me for my dressing because I asked her to put on the side . She was rude. And I will never come to that location again. I usually order from my office . The manager there said nothing . I will be informing the regional manager .

I been coming to this Chopt location for about 5 years now. They recently have changed the manager. He is very kind & understanding but the staff behind the salad bar are very rude. They always put a lot of dressing on my salad & when I bring it up to their attention they get mad. While making the salad they throw half on the floor and half inside the container, they don’t add the toppings you had asked for again.
