Some weird sand was in my salad. At first I thought it was pepper but then realized they didn't wash the lettuce properly. Threw the rest out because chewing on sand is no fun
I asked for another dressing on the side (in case not enough on salad) manager rudely said she would have to charge me for that - despite having done this 1000x before. I guess a $20 salad does not warrant one extra dressing. Then she gave me the wrong salad in my bag. She needs to be trained some basic customer service skills. Do better!
