Decent food (though the lamb shank was very fatty) Very very noisy! Too loud to talk comfortably at any time even though we came early at 6:30. By the end we were yelling across the table! They refused to turn down the music citing the owner likes it loud.
Right by my house and whenever i'm craving moroccan food i know where i go ....chouchou!! Im so sad to here that they closed, but it was soooooo far the best moroccan restaurant in nyc speaking as i'm moroccan especially the lamb tagine reminds me back home !!! The decoration is very nice intimate and romantic not so much extra decorations like usually arabic restaurants have. I used to go there and share with friends cause one tagine with all the appetizers that they bring kind...read full review
