They are open for lunch this week, so I went there to try the "Fluffy Dashi Omelet" sandwich by a Japanese chef. When I bit into the fluffy omelet, the flavor of dashi was amazing, and it was surprisingly rich and filling. This is the best sandwich I've ever had and probably the only place you can get it in New York. very interesting fusion dishes with a modern decor. we tried the mentai cream spaghetti which was more interesting in theory than in person. the upstate chicken was also enjoyable and the house made sakes are all spectacular. the service is pretty slow and not particularly attentive so don’t expect that but overall the experience here is nice. A good place to start a night out
