Today I had the best gastronomic experience in NY, simply the best steakhouse in the city that never sleeps, besides the food being delicious and having the best Brazilian barbecue cuts, all the professionals are incredibly attentive and loving, especially Mr. Carlos Delleu and Mr. Pedro Rio, both represent all the joy that the Brazilian people have in knowing how to serve in the best and most incredible way possible, definitely Churrascaria Plataforma is the best, a little piece of Brazil in America! The corn was fantastic. And not only that, the meat being cut in front of us was a beauty to watch. Angel also had provided us with some of the best service I have ever witnessed. Truly 5 Star worthy of a restaurant. I hope to come back again!

It does not compare to other steakhouses because this place right here, will leave you full of food and loveWe came on a Saturday without reservations for dinner and they still seated us with no wait. The maître’d was funny, the waiters were attentive, and the culinary staff were exceptional! The lamb was definitely a favorite, and the crème brûlée had real vanilla in it. We forgot our umbrella and they called us, I didn’t except this level of service but I am really glad that I came. I will most certainly be coming back. Place recommended by a friend. It was almost a disappointment. Our luck was the excellent service from the receptionist and waiter Cris who did everything to satisfy us. I brought better meats to compensate for the low quality of the picanha served. very tough meat. There was no meat on the table. Our luck really was the waiter Cris who did everything to our satisfaction. I don't recommend this place.

I loved everything here from the food, service and atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and friendly and we had such a great time here. The meats were so good and the salad bar was stacked with all kinds of things from pasta to cheeses to cleanse the pallet. Drinks and desert were also great and it was nice that the attire was casual. I would definitely come back in the future.

Their hospitality staff were exceptional especially this young man named Ronaldo.He continued to check in on my husband and I and see if we needed anything. He continued to come and refill our glasses with the pitcher of sangria we ordered. Which let me not forget to mention the Sangria was lovely. Their meat options were wide and salad bar was as well. Only minor complaint was that the bathrooms didn’t seem well attended but nothing that can’t be addressed.
