Ordered a pickup cake. Was informed a day before picking up date that the scheduled pickup time would be unavailable so had to adjust my work schedule during workday to pick it up. Was asked to meet in front of an anonymous tree which was 5-6 blocks away when I was already at their store location. Most frustrating pickup service I received throughout my life. So 0/5 for service. The cake is good. 4/5 for the food quality. Overall 2/5.

Update:
Get harassing text message after posting this review. Looks like the owner thought I was another previous customer. Anyway, downgrade to 1/5 due to that attitude.

Wow, as a diabetic this was a real sweet but fun treat! Trying Omasake for the first time with desserts was definitely a tasty experience I enjoyed very much! All their options were amazing, and the tasting is new, so make sure you try it out yourself! I loved their homemade tea, too. It definitely was a fun solo time I'd definitely return. Make sure you check out the video of my experience on IG @JadaExploresAll

It’s my first time trying a dessert omakase and the experience was amazing. The first course features
three flavor of quenelle and second course features two flavor of chocolate quenelle. I sat at the bar and the chef prepared the dessert in front of you. I get to see all the action and it was great. I also tried their most popular Fromage Blanc Island “Cheese Cake” and tiramisu mochi. Each piece is very delicious and exquisite. I paired the dessert with oolong tea.

One of the most unique desert experiences NYC has to offer. Unique doesn’t alway mean good but in this case it means amazing. The deserts always hit and give my taste buds a completely new experience that we always love. Highly recommend the tasting menu it always hits no matter what their current deserts are. Also the nicest people work here and they prepare everything right in front of you. It’s is a little small and cozy inside but it doesn’t even bother us. All around fantastic worth the trip every time!

Got the desert omakase while on a food tour with my friend that’s visiting. It’s very nice and light and not too sweet. Very well portioned and it’s cool to see the deserts being made in front of you. Would recommend to go for the experience, but would probably not come again. The picture at the end was really funny tho ?

Come with me to nyc’s FIRST ever dessert omakase experience! This spot has been open since 2003 and is serving the most delicious pastries in a carefully crafted omakase experience. For $26 you’re given 5 mini desserts that each have their own unique flavor profile. The desserts come in 2 courses. What we ordered:-fromage blanc cheesecake-fresh mint ice cream, double chocolate pudding, double chocolate sable-roasted banana ice cream, cacao nib chantility, chocolate choux puff-white chocolate mouse, kiwi lavender tartare, crispy kataifi-blood orange sorbet, coconut cream, chai tea agar agar-Kirsch diplomat cream, strawberry, brown sugar biscuitThe talented pasty chefs take you on a culinary journey and you can even add in a wine pairing. My favorite was the fresh mint ice cream made with real mint leaves. The space is intimate and seating is limited, so hurry and check this spot out!Follow me for more! @angies_foodie_adventures

An extremely pleasant dessert omakase experience!Ordered the new product tiramisu mochi and was immediately impressed! The texture was cloud-like, yielded to your teeth easily. The coffee flavor and the creamy flavor blended so well together. I would recommend order one for each because you will hate to share! The oui quenelle set was thoughtfully designed. It started out with light, refreshing fruity flavors, then rich and buttery chocolate ones. You get diverse textures too: crispy, crumbly, crunchy, jiggly, fluffy…The presentation was beautiful. It truly pleased your eyes, nose and mouth at the same time.
