And they took out their frustration with customers. The person who served me constantly complained to my face about how much he hated his job. Super bad experience

Cinnabon/Burger King right by Macy's, tiny door. Burger King staff was busy and Cinnabon was on the far side, looking depressing and alone. Buns just sitting wide open uncovered. If you want to use your Cinnabon rewards/coupons you can't use them in this location. Staff is obviously overworked and unappreciated, can't blame them. My rating is for the buns.
