Cipriani Downtown was fantastic! The service was truly impeccable and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The Baby Artichoke and Avocado Salad with Shaved Parmesan..WOW! The steak tartare was excellent. We had the calf’s liver, which was absolutely out of this world, so rich and flavorfu! The rigatoni with zucchini was delicious.
