Amazing seafood, raw bar and martinis.
We chose here for oysters, on National Oyster Day, and they didn't disappoint. A very good branzino dish came next, and a piece of slightly overcooked swordfish with a pepper sauce that rather overwhelmed it.
Two of the wines we ordered by the glass were unavailable - a place with a little more polish would have comped a round.
Fairly low noise level for Manhattan, and conversation was easy.

5 stars. The Otter is such a cool spot and easily one of the better brunch experiences we had in NYC. The second you walk in, the place has a great vibe. Beautiful design, dark blue walls, warm lighting, orange seating and a really nice bar. Even the bathrooms are wild and completely fit the personality of the place.
