The best mochi donuts in all of NYC

Ethan Petrilla

Looks like they took a Kraft cheese slice directly from the fridge, slapped it on the sandwich and served it up as is. A cold slice of unmelted cheese is crazy work. You’d be better off grabbing a BEC out the trash and eating it as long as it wasn’t made here

Everything is delicious. There's no indoor seating. Certain items take a while to come out but it is because they make it fresh. A little pricy but great for an occasional treat.

Fantastic egg sandwiches and donuts! There is very limited seating inside, like 1 bench worth. If you’re planning to come for a sit down breakfast, might not be the best choice.

Cloud Touch is one of those must-hit spots you’d usually find down in Greenwich Village—and now we’ve got them on the Upper West Side 🔥 From the corn dog 🌭 to the egg & cheese sandwich 🥪 and the donuts 🍩, all I can say is FIRE. Top-tier quality, packed with flavor, and everything hits just right. Absolute win for the neighborhood 💯🔥

Their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is amazing. Bread is so toasty & buttery. Can skip their strawberry matcha though, too thick.

You can't ask for less sugar because the matcha isn't made by order. There is pre-made and pre-sweetened matcha. Makes no sense to me. Paid 9$ in total for a matcha latte+ ube cream, it felt overpriced.

One of the best mocha lattes to exist! I topped it with ube cold foam…10/10.

This has to be one of the absolute best breakfast spots to order from. I’ve been ordering my breakfast from here for a few months now and my orders never go wrong.
The food and drinks is extremely yummy and very filling. So I wanted to say thank you so much for the breakfast and you guys are amazing 👏🏾✨

We have been ordering here since they opened. It appears as with most maturing businesses they have looked to where corners can be cut. The most noticeable is the dramatic reduction in the amount of egg in these sandwiches. At least offer the original quantities, even if it is just an addon.

I would hope to amend this review down the road if they reverse back to what the sandwich once was

I ordered from Ubereats, the wait time was way too long. But, it was worth it! I am definitely reordering or heading to get food from here more often. Everything is fresh and taste delicious.

Food is extremely mid and ordering online takes over an hour to deliver 20 blocks away. Would advise to spend $ elsewhere!

The food was very good and the cashier was very kind and helpful. Other than the donuts, my food was all prepared while I waited, and I think it was less than 5 minutes until my order was ready.

I think the sandwich sacrifices convenience for aesthetics, because the way the bread is cut is kind of annoying. STILL, there's no sacrifice in taste. It was delicious.

If you're set on getting donuts, get there early, because they only make them once per day.
