This has to be one of the absolute best breakfast spots to order from. I’ve been ordering my breakfast from here for a few months now and my orders never go wrong.
The food and drinks is extremely yummy and very filling. So I wanted to say thank you so much for the breakfast and you guys are amazing 👏🏾✨

We have been ordering here since they opened. It appears as with most maturing businesses they have looked to where corners can be cut. The most noticeable is the dramatic reduction in the amount of egg in these sandwiches. At least offer the original quantities, even if it is just an addon.

I would hope to amend this review down the road if they reverse back to what the sandwich once was

I ordered from Ubereats, the wait time was way too long. But, it was worth it! I am definitely reordering or heading to get food from here more often. Everything is fresh and taste delicious.

Food is extremely mid and ordering online takes over an hour to deliver 20 blocks away. Would advise to spend $ elsewhere!

The food was very good and the cashier was very kind and helpful. Other than the donuts, my food was all prepared while I waited, and I think it was less than 5 minutes until my order was ready.

I think the sandwich sacrifices convenience for aesthetics, because the way the bread is cut is kind of annoying. STILL, there's no sacrifice in taste. It was delicious.

If you're set on getting donuts, get there early, because they only make them once per day.

Nice Korean style egg sandwhiches. I've been here twice to test, mix, and match. Decently sized portions, but the taste is rather bland; even with the sauces they're mild. After a bite or some bites there's nothing I feel that makes we want to come back or eat it again. The egg is done well though and is very light and fluffy. The bread and ingredients also taste high quality but the overall combination is underwhelming for the price, $13-$15 for an egg sandwhich. I also had the fries $5 and they are crispy but do not stand out. Unless I have a huge craving for an egg sandwhich I would easily just go get a American breakfast sandwhich at my closest bodega instead.

The bacon&cheese egg sandwich is incredible and unimaginably savory.

I ordered the cheese chicken katsu sandwich and after just 2–3 bites, I discovered the chicken was completely raw. This is unacceptable and poses a serious food safety risk.

I highly recommend the potato corn dog — potatoes are extremely crispy, mozzarella is melty. May just be one of the best places for corn dogs in manhattan. Coffee is also great. The staff are always friendly. There are seats/benches, though no tables.

Great coffee and sandwich spot! Matcha lattes and ice teas are super nice (recommend asking them to add less sugar/syrup for those without a sweet tooth). Sandwiches are also super yummy.

Pistachio matche latte for the win 🏆

Cloud Touch on the Upper West Side is the kind of café that stops you in your tracks with its charm—clean lines, soft tones, and pastries that look like they were made to be photographed. It’s a vibe, no doubt. But once you move past the visuals, things start to level out a bit.

I ordered the egg sandwich, which looked golden and pillowy, but the flavor leaned a little too heavy on the egg—almost soufflé-adjacent, which might be your thing, but for me, it needed a bit more balance or texture to keep it interesting. I also tried the signature pistachio cloud latte, and while it was beautifully presented and had a lovely foam top, the flavor didn’t quite live up to the hype. I’ve had stronger pistachio notes—and better lattes—elsewhere.

The biggest drawback? The space itself. There’s hardly anywhere to sit, and what seating exists is very limited and tight. It’s not exactly built for lingering, which makes the experience feel more grab-and-go than cozy neighborhood hangout.

In short: Cloud Touch is visually delightful but just okay on the substance. Worth a stop if you’re nearby and want a quick bite or a pretty drink pic—but if you’re looking for standout flavors or a comfy seat, there are stronger options around the UWS.
