It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food.

I’ve seen posts about this delightful place, so while in town with a free morning, I decided to stop by. It’s beyond adorable—from the cheery blue-painted exterior to the charming decor inside. The folks were warm and friendly, and the breakfast menu was exciting. The food? Delicious. Didn’t disappoint. Next time, I’m definitely coming back for dinner!
We had an incredible expérience last week for dinner and even came back for breakfast. Lalo and Karina are great hosts and are passionate about making us discover their great recipes. Their restaurant is an extension of their appartment and is all about making you feel at home and sharing family history through gastronomy. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town.
