Really liked Coffee Project New York in Chelsea. The coffee was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the place had a nice relaxed feel. It’s a good spot to grab a drink, sit for a bit, and enjoy a quick break.
I love the coffee. Love the atmosphere. Love the baristas. I would pay $1million for them to put pads on the bottom of the chairs and offer table leveling things. The metal on concrete is stroke inducing.
Great offerings, knowledge and service. There’s a great variety of high quality beverages served here. Look at what’s on the menu. I want to sign up for some of their classes too and really dive deep into their knowledge and skill. We only had coffee and hojicha so I can’t speak to any food, but I presume they bring the same level of quality to that as well.
