The ice cream I ate on the street on my first night in New York. Even though it was October, it wasn't cold and it was delicious. It seems to be good for your health as it contains plenty of nuts.
Stopped by Cold stone for a late night treat. Tried a combination of the mint flavor and sweet cream flavors with chocolate chips and brownie pieces as my chosen mix ins. The final result was a rich and smooth variation of mint chocolate chip with a creamier and fudgey taste. The man who was working the counter was quick to take care of our order and was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Very pleased with the experience and the ice cream itself.
The ice cream flavors themselves don't have any solid pieces in them (such as oreos, cookie dough, etc.)...they're considered "add-ins", which are $1.50 per item. The guy who handled my order took my flavors and didn't ask me if I wanted any add-ins, so I ended up with 3 flavors with no pieces of anything. One of the flavors was "cookie dough" and there was no dough in it. I don't understand what that flavor was supposed to be. So it was...
