This place has been on my list for a while. Glad I finally went for an early birthday dinner! They had a cute birthday card at the table when we arrived. We got fries and broccolini to start, both very good. Also got shrimp cocktail (5/5 stars) and one of the specials. Service was great. The only thing that left me disappointed was the pickle martini. I had very high hopes but it was lacking pickle flavor! (Penrose on the UES has the best pickle martini I’ve ever had, was hoping for a good one here, room for improvement for sure.)

Had breakfast here a few times and this is by far my favorite French toast in the city. Love the laid back atmosphere (me and my girls sat there for 3 hrs over breakfast, not interrupted or rushed by the staff once!!). Staff is great!! They forgot our coffee order, apologized multiple times and ended up not charging us for it at the end. I recommend this as a great brunch/breakfast spot to anyone I can + the hotel is gorgeous (for travelers or a lil staycation)
