I have to write a review for this place because every time I go to this Cosí, Letroy provides the greatest service and always with a smile. He’s helpful and welcoming. I come here often and I should have written a review earlier so here it is finally. It’s refreshing to come here and know there’s such positive energy, especially from Letroy. PS...the lentil soup is delicious and hearty and I make sure to have it with Cosi’s amazing bread. Thanks for your consistent goodness!

Really poor order management - my soup and sandwich sat on opposite counters and no one knew it was the same order until I pointed it out! 4-5 people running at the same time but not coordinated. Then I got to checkout and the cashier charged me for a bowl of soup instead of a cup! Had to go back and get money back.
Very good customer service. I had an online ordering problem , but the manager made sure I received the promised promotional discount. The sandwich btw was delicious.
