They always have an interesting collection of food pairings. The service is quick and accurate!

I see that the owner Leslie responded with the usual "we are sorry, we care, please e-mail us...". What's the point? Customers have been posting bad reviews about this location for over a year now, same issues I have mentioned. You always respond with the same message, yet there is no improvement. Show us that you are capable by improving the place, not just responding to poor reviews! And by the way, you spelled my name wrong...

Along with getting one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches here (sausage egg cheese with avocado and arugula on a croissant) this place also has extremely nice staff. Like notably so. Always happy to come here.

Poor service. They don't even use their oven any longer. Flatbread was overdone. Was once a favorite but no longer.

Saw this place on Ritual when Ritual was having their $1 meal campaigns so I decided to try out the adobe chicken bowl. The description sounded amazing but the food was far from it. Not sure if it's because they knew it was a ritual order but there was barely any chicken/toppings, just all rice. And the rice was extremely hard! It looked like they either did not fully cook it or just used leftover rice from the day before. Would not come back here- thank god I did not pay full price

I like coming here because all the workers are always so friendly- I like the flatbread too and the Adobe lime salad turned out pretty tasty. It's a bit dirty inside (like clean the area near the register) but I appreciate the friendly staff here! All the other quick serve places in the area, the staff are very impatient and you feel rushed, but not at this Cosi. Keep it up!

This food is completely different now. Bread is not freshly baked and tastes terrible. Chips are just Lays now. I had to throw my lunch away. I will never come here for food ever again.

Should've checked reviews before coming to this place. No comments on the food, but whoever was on the register needs to be let go. I had to wait a good minute or so to be acknowledged and she kept talking on the cell phone while accepting the payment. I was surprised to see a similar comment written back in Feb and yet no improvement on customer service. Not coming back to this place.

This is the worst Cosi I've been to. It is nothing like the one on 14 street area. It's is filthy and the service is awful. The salad itself tasted dirty and the only chicken option was one in of most tasteless chickens I have ever had. For this location to be on wall street, there should be another more attention, service and food quality . I will not be going back.

Best soup in FiDi, I highly recommend the tomato soup! Also the staff is the nicest, I highly recommend giving them a try!

Welp. All the bad reviews. That sucks. I came about a month ago just to grab a sandwhich and it was clean, quiet with soft music playing and their bathroom was clean. Friendly lady helped us, sandwiches are the sizes they SHOULD be. This isn't subway. Your not getting a footlong for 6 bucks. We had a few bacon turkey cheddar sandwiches and they were good. They came out piping hot. Which meant it was hot the ENTIRE time I was eating. Overall, can't say anything bad about the place. It's tucked away on a side street, so you'd randomly stumble across this place unless you work nearby.

2 stars Because my sandwich was prepared quickly but whomever was working the register was awful. When I went to pay, she had her head down, fully engaged in her phone. Stood there a full 30 seconds before I had to make my presence known. She looked confused, and asked "can I help you?" Well, yes, woman working the cash register, I would like to pay. "Ok, chips?" "No thank you, I would like carrots" She must have still be in not paying attention to the customer mode, because guess who ended up with chips with her meal? Come on.

ordered bbq chicken flatbread pizza, about 10 bucks. the bbq sauce added a lot of flavors to the pizza. chicken was soft and juicy. flatbread as pizza bread was excellent, light crispy outside n soft inside. ** after the meal, i can't stop drinking water. until almost 800ml consumption of water 3 hours later, the thirsty finally ended. ** seating was packed
