worst experience!!! I have vomited all the ajiaco and the arepa. Something was not in the appropriate conditions for human consumption. I leave this message just if you are thinking to eat here. I feel totally intoxicated. It is not about the money back. It is about take precautions to prevent ppl get sick. I just vomited all the ajiaco and arepa so my body is recovering. I just want to give you a big advise. check all ur sanity business, included the ppl work there. Your work stuff has to look clean and neat. also he has to wear gloves when he does cashier operations and then treat food. You have just this guy doing everything. Wish you the best.

Arepas en la madre! I always get the down under and the pepiada but the Che is really good too. Also try the sancocho, it’s real thick and full of meats and ground veggies.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem earlier this week. I’ve had many arepas before, but never stuffed.. My husband and I tried 2 different types (I cannot remember which ones exactly but two of them had plantains in them…YUM). Each one was delicious! And so filling. The ones we tried all had chicken as we aren’t big red meat eaters, but these were sooo good that I just may have to try the skirt steak next time! The man that took my order and prepared our food was so pleasant, I regret not getting his name but trust me, I will be back! ? 10/10! Highly recommend if you enjoy good food!

my team and I were so excited to try Costas arepas until we noticed one menu item that instantly made us change our minds. The "sababa" arepa, featuring historically Palestinian ingredients, instead named after the same people erasing that are erasing that history. Shame on Costa for supporting ethnic cleansing.

Got the Pepito and the Pepiada, as they were recommended as the most popular items. Like others have commented here, they tend to be on the dry side. The box was a bit messy and eating them requires napkins. But overall pretty decent for the price. Had leftovers after lunch that lasted a few days. But the dryness really sets the arepas back
Recommended dishes: Pepiada, Avocado

Extremely dry steak, nowhere near enough moisture to even out the dryness of the arepa, flavor was lacking... BUT the fried chicken's texture was excellent. It took like, 20 minutes to get these arepas even though there was nobody in front of us in line. The guy at the window cam back to us after 10 minutes to manually write down our orders after we paid. Literally why? Also EXTREMELY expensive for what you get. You can get more for less at other places.
We visited last year and the food was great but the service was the worst, now a year later we came back and the service is probably worse than last year and we're about to try the food but in any case, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor customer service. We were the only customers, no lines! So there is no excuse for such bad service

I really appreciate Costas for what it is, an easy, walk-up window serving great food. I ordered online and picked up my pepito and la flaca arepas. They were fresh and so good!

Costas is a South American restaurant serving up handcrafted artisanal arepas. This was my second time ordering from Costas Arepas Bar. The first time I ordered from them was a little over a year ago- I had the ' choose 2' and tried the Pepiada and Mrs Chang arepa. The arepas are made on white corn masa so they're not particularly sweet; they're more neutral tasting which makes them a good vessel for whatever they're filled with. Personally I still prefer sweet corn arepas, which they do offer as one of their sides. They have a menu of nine signature arepas to choose from, including some vegan options. They also have scooped out arepas, which can be purchased with large group orders, and they recently added a line of frozen arepas. This week I ordered a catering order fromThem for work. They have a group ordering link on their website which you can send out to participants and it allows you to set a maximum dollar amount and a deadline by when to order. It's pretty sophisticated. Unfortunately there were someTechnical difficulties and my order was never received. Fortunately I caught it in time and the restaurant was able to make a rush delivery with about an hour and half notice. While the mix up was upsetting at first, I really appreciated how they were able to make my order in time for the lunch! For our catered lunch, I ordered a variety of different arepas but for myself. I had the MrsChang (which is supposed to be Korean, even though the name seems more Chinese). I forgot to take a picture of the Mrs Chang one, but these are seriously filling! After 1 I was already decently full but 2 arepas should satisfy most people. I kind of wish I had tried the Pepito one which has short rib. It looked really appetizing. My Korean chicken was good but it didn't really taste a lot like Korean chicken. More like fried chicken in a sweet glaze and some cole slaw. Somehow even with all the sauces, the arepa didn't get soggy though, which was impressive.Overall, solid 3.5 but rounding up because they went above and beyond with service.

I'm admittedly a sucker for arepas, but this place was great. Wanted something to order for pickup as I had a work zoom that I needed to get back to my desk and take. The online ordering was easy, the food was ready quickly and best of all it was delicious.
