Terrible staff. While waiting 45 minutes for ONE COOKIE experienced staff with rude behaviour, on their phone, touching their hair, working slow, dancing & eating in front of customers. But the cookie was good though!

Not really worth the detour. I had ordered a pickup between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. and my order was not ready. As a result, the waitress quickly made it for me, not even bothering to wipe her hands. There was lots of cookie dough all over the package. In addition I took the miniature version 3 minis (they are really tiny) and they are not bad but frankly too sweet

I visited this location on the afternoon of October 17th and I never will again. I love Crumbl and go as often as I can but this location turned me off. Not only did they give me mini cookies instead without my approval the cookies definitely didn't look like they should. It was also overbaked. I was so disappointed by the taste I didn't bother eating the rest. They were also extremely busy and severely understaffed.
Crumbl refused to adopt the bare minimum animal welfare standards of sourcing cage free eggs
First and last time at Crumbl. I took my niece as she had requested me to bring her to try the viral cookies. We went in the evening, so understandably the popular cookies were sold out.
We opted for the mini 3-pack of Peanut Blossom, M&M's and Chocolate Chip. The flavors we went with were delicious. Undeniably. The cookies were decent sized and still warm when we got home to enjoy them.
However, the whole experience in the store was something else. It should be noted that the Crumbl location has no seating. Dine out or Pick-up are the only options - which is fine. If you do not live nearby, there's plenty of public park spaces with benches near you can go sit and enjoy your cookies.
Here's our observations/experience during our first trip to Crumbl on a Tuesday evening. The location looked disheveled. The two large mixers right behind the counter were both dirty. Boxes and cases were everywhere on the right side of the counter. The young girl working at the register bumped into them knocking it over and did not even arrange it to be out of the way for waiting customers.
There seemed to be a 5-6 persons working in the back baking and arranging orders. While we were waiting, we observed them congregating and talking about a certain customer that had come in who smelled heavily of weed. The girl handling the register gave a customer after me slight attitude for "staring at the screen too long" during self-checkout instead of paying with her credit card. She then proceeded to run outside to buy something off that same customer they were all talking about. One of the other staff members that was working with the food in the back also took a few minutes to go out and do the same.
My niece also observed the staff constantly eating while working over the boxes and food preparation. I imagined they were making sure the cookies were okay. (I personally had no issue with this).
What I did notice is out of the 5-6 persons working in the back with the food preparation, only 2 had a hair net. This included the person in the front working the register, who went near them constantly to chat and scratched her hair (bare hands) and then proceeded to touch all the boxes that were ready to be picked up by customers.
All in all, I would not consider returning to this location. If all Crumbl places handle their operations as such, I'd pass on it all together. Cookies were good though. But Insomnia is also up the block on MacDougal, if you're really interested in having a warm cookie.

I came 11 5 after voting. I had this QR code deal from tmobile I wanted to redeem and to buy another cookie since I heard from my sister about this brand.
I waited 50min online and the girls passively dismissed the deal saying "...oh we're not doing that anymore." There was no time limit. If it was useless why was I able to get it not long before K even pulled up?
I know those girls were working hard in that place but the experience sucked and the cookie didnt live up to the social media hype. Made in house is great and all but the price point didnt match the quality imo. I come from food and hospitality just to say I'm not privy to food establishments and what they have to do to run but...I am very disappointed and will not visit of my own volition.

They are just okay. Chocolate chip was freshly baked and was good. The other 2 were dry and nothing to get excited about.
Doing this for the points
