There was a jazz trio playing in the bar area, so my guest and I decided to dine there instead of the dining room. It was a great experience! The dinner itself was absolutely delicious—the caviar service, followed by a memorable Cesar salad and perfectly cooked ribeye. CUT is a TriBeCa jewel that always impresses my out-of-town guests with a top-notch NYC experience.
Went to Cut with my wife for a date and we enjoyed the experience. Service was very attentive. Ambiance is classy. Food is delicious. We split the entree salad and we are glad we did because the serving was huge. For main we ordered the tomahawk which was cooked medium and it was delicious. For dessert we ordered the chocolate bar. With drinks and tips, our bill ended to about $450.
Great place for a business lunch! The food was excellent and the ambience was quiet. I will definitely be back again!
Whenever I dine at CUT, I am reminded why it is one of my favorite restaurants. The food, service, and overall vibe are all outstanding. CUT never disappoints and always impresses my guests. On this visit I ordered the Idaho wagyu sirloin, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The banana cream pie, new on the menu, was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten in my seventy-plus years. This place is a gem!
Impeccable yet perfectly personable service, gorgeous food presentation with flavor to match
This place is heavily overpriced. The service was exceptional but the menu was very basic and too expensive. 3 coures meal was almost 500!!!
Cocktail was great, steak was underwhelming (not cooked to requested temperature) and fries were cold. Not worth the price. So many better options.
I loved the service, food, atmosphere, and most of all the location in Tribeca. The only issue I had with CUT on my recent stay is the presentation of my 8oz. filet mignon. Presentation is very important......An 8oz piece of filet mignon presented on a large white plate alone did not scream 5-Star restaurant. Perhaps, a splash of pureed sauce on the plate would have been a nice addition for a top tier celebrity restaurant. The steak was totally fabulous, but presented poorly, and the sides are way too large. I never go to 5- Star restaurants with the intention of sharing my sides. Whenever I visit NYC, 4 Seasons Tribeca is my hotel of choice. Kudos to your wonderful hotel staff and CUT staff. I look forward to my next visit to NYC!
