Dave & Buster's New York City - Times Square

We had so much fun at Dave & Buster's. Our server was amazing. He was very attentive to us, and the food was amazing.

Jordan our server was great far as the food goes my order was wrong it wasn't Jordan's fault we watched him place my order and the cook decided to give me whatever they felt.

Was decent for a Tuesday night. They had just renovated this location so I was excited to see it! Food was subpar and its presentation was unappetizing. Wait staff didn't come to ask us if we needed anything, despite it not being busy whatsoever. Games were fun. Unique gaming experiences like the crane drop, the Arena, VR based games, etc. Expensive games, but fun and enjoyable. The prize area was lackluster, but cute. They need to have a better ticket/prize exchange methodology. This took the longest for no reason whatsoever. We waited in line for eight minutes (being the next in line), but the employee did not know how to handle the drunk and indecisive patron at the counter---we nearly left before getting to the counter. My friend had a good time. I, however, did not. Pros/cons: games were fun! (although I got hurt several times lol), prizes were cute, but not enough small ticket items, and food was decently priced, just not appetizing. 2/5. You can do better D&B's!

We hosted my son's 10th birthday party. We did a small party of only 6 children, and party packages are for 10 or more people. Payton and Steve, the managers, were so helpful. Upon arrival they secured an area for us, put our cake and in the freezer, and another item we had in the fridge. They helped me choose the Play & Eat package - giving the kids 90 mins of unlimited play and then we ate. Kids had an absolute blast!

First time visiting, the server was very helpful and examined how the card worked etc. We bought the play and eat deal, options were limited but food was still good. Tried a few cocktails, no complaints.

Never a problem when my family and I visit every Saturday after my granddaughter's basketball practice. the servers always helpful and stops by tables and ask how is your visited going.

The entrees and deserts were great. The server we had was wonderful. She was attentive and very polite.

Clean & Friendly environment a last minute birthday party for my son with family and friends. Have not been in a while and I very much liked the new refreshed upgrades. Helpful and attentive staff makes us want to come back again soon.

My experience at Dave & Busters was the best experience ever and it's always the best experience every time I go there, the workers are very polite, caring and reassuring about the food and drinks. Overall they are the best, I really recommend them for every event.

Everybody was super helpful from the minute we walked in the host Jeremy the to bar staff and waiter. Love this place. Thank you.

I had a great time! The food was tasty, and the staff were really friendly. The games were fun, and everything was super clean. Highly recommend for a fun night out in Times Square!

Great place to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday! she and her friends had a blast!

Our server Phoenix was great, every attentive, helpful, knowledgeable. I found the food a bit expensive as well as the Unlimited card with the Eat and Drink Combo ($60 vs $40 it says on the Eat and Drink Menu online). Maybe because it was a Wednesday it was packed to the max, it was so many kids that almost no games were available, everyone was on top of each other. Not sure if they monitor the amount of people in the gaming section but perhaps they should. It wasn't very enjoyable for us--- not the kids nor the adults. I don't think I'll be going back.

Hmm - I suspect that this is a very 'New York thing to do". It can get quite busy - so be prepared. But it was SO MUCH FUN. The staff were really friendly, and the service was great. The family had a good time. Well done.

An arcade hall in the middle of New York, fun if you have children and are looking for fun! With a prepaid card you can play all the games and save credits for the gift shop with the points you win with each game.
There is a (sports) bar and restaurant so you can have a snack and a drink while the children are playing games.

Kid-friendliness: Entertainment aimed at children and adults.
