Dave & Buster's New York City - Times Square

Great place to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday! she and her friends had a blast!

Our server Phoenix was great, every attentive, helpful, knowledgeable. I found the food a bit expensive as well as the Unlimited card with the Eat and Drink Combo ($60 vs $40 it says on the Eat and Drink Menu online). Maybe because it was a Wednesday it was packed to the max, it was so many kids that almost no games were available, everyone was on top of each other. Not sure if they monitor the amount of people in the gaming section but perhaps they should. It wasn't very enjoyable for us--- not the kids nor the adults. I don't think I'll be going back.

Hmm - I suspect that this is a very 'New York thing to do". It can get quite busy - so be prepared. But it was SO MUCH FUN. The staff were really friendly, and the service was great. The family had a good time. Well done.

An arcade hall in the middle of New York, fun if you have children and are looking for fun! With a prepaid card you can play all the games and save credits for the gift shop with the points you win with each game.
There is a (sports) bar and restaurant so you can have a snack and a drink while the children are playing games.

This location is terrible. The majority of the games were not operating. Make sure you check the space before buying a game card. No refunds. We brought it up to management and he gave us the worst attitude. Never going back here.

We went to Dave and busters on our trip to New York. The food was good nothing special. Our server Donovan was so welcoming, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our experience.

We went on thrusday for my son birthday Party ,to celebrate and have a memorable celebration,but it was a terrible experience,specially for the food service ,the waiter was terrible 😢 we couldn’t enjoy my sons birthday after that we pay almost 500 dollars ,for Eat and Play deal , but in the end ,the server charged extra and the food was very bad !!

Got the eat and play combo for everyone. The boneless lemon pepper chicken was so delicious! Also tried a side pasta and it was just as yummy. Can get really packed at times but overall the service was very accommodating. Make sure atleast one adult has their ID or you won’t be able to get in!!

my fiancé and i came here i’m almost 23 he’s almost 21 but you can’t enter unless youre 21+ or with an adult of 25 years of age??? it’s a kids place.

Great experience with kids and family, lots of games , just make sure you eat and drink before you get there 4$ for a bottle of water is ridiculous

So. I wnet there yesterday it was. A Saturday, so of course, a little busy and crowded. Started with some lunch at the restaurant. I added the pic of my sons plate. I had the same. Chicken was juicy fries chips perfectly an 8 out of 10. The waiter was so freaking nice. So at the end we went over the bill and I asked how do you want your tip cash or they give it to you if we use a card? He siad it's included and I sister even see that must have read it fast but some waiters may not tell you that so pay attention to your bill gratuity is included and they took like almost 24 dollars on my like 50 or 60 dollar order it's fine he was really nice. The place had some broken games that needed to be fixed, but most worked no long waits for games, but they should definitely be cleaning them more. I would love to know their cleaning process 😩
But we had hand sanitizer and wipes. Overall, 8 out of 10 reccomend

The bartender Rose is very rude. Sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes. Another couple sat down after us and was served immediately by Rose. Another bartender finally took our order and the initial bartender Rose handed our check immediately after we got our drinks but could not take our order and ignored us. Will NOT be back. Thanks Rose for an awful experience!
