This was a disappointing experience. We waited for 27 minutes, and I decided to leave. We witnessed servers just walking around. Managers smiling at us, and never asking if someone took our orders. The waiter brought water and said "I know you want an adult beverage, but it's my job to bring you water"

Yall must be giving free shots for google reviews cause i had a crazy experienceYesterday was a really terrible experience. When i got there i asked to eat first and i was seated but nobody never came to my table, i had to look for the waiter which is the most annoying thing to do as a customer! The foodcame out really quick but there was a family next to us literally fighting and nobody did anything about it, he was really loud and disruptive and everyone dismissed it, i saw a lady in a blue shirt who i assumed was a manager stand near the family but she only went there to be nosey, this abuse went on for about 30 minutes, the lady and her child was trying to leave but the man wouldn’t let them, i asked security to step in but nobody helped that poor family, i was very uncomfortable to see that at a family restaurant, my niece went home and told her mom she witnessed domestic violence and she never wants to go to Dave and Busters again, i also had a problem with getting the $20 new customer card so i requested a manager. One of the host tried to help and troubleshoot and even radioed the manager and he didn’t want to help,I had to call for him three times said “call the number on the back of the card” i told him it was 8:30pm and that there’s no customer service representative there at that time, he said he can’t link cards! Which i never asked for my card to be linked, i wish he took the time to listen to my concerns instead ofme wasting my time, in general. This place sucks

Not just for tourists! Really fun night with some friends for dinner and games. The manager, John, happened to come around to check on us right before ordering. I couldn't decide on what to get and he recommended the creamy chicken pasta bowl. It was so incredibly good. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited this location with my family. The staff was very nice. John the manager came over to see how everything was going and addressed any questions/concerns we had. He was very helpful. We enjoyed our food and had fun playing the games. Will definitely visit again soon.

Everything was great,our server Nick was outstanding, we came up from Philly for the weekend and our first time there and John the manager was very helpful.we will definitely be coming back, recommend this location 1000%

This was my first time at Dave & Buster’s and I had such a great time! John was very helpful and friendly and made sure my friends and I had a great time! Will definitely be coming back!
Actually sitting here right now waiting at this point about 20 min for the server to even take our order. While the manager walks mindlessly past us doing table touches but ignoring the tables that have not even had a greeting. There is a server walking around entertaining people but not taking orders. Will let you know if anyone ever comes to take our orderUp date we left cause no one came. Avoid this place the service is horrendous and I counted at least 5 manager and the only one who was doing anything seemed to be the kitchen manager

My 1st experience at this location was made very pleasant thanks to Pamela at the bar. She was so kind, sweet and made me and my group laugh a lot making the occasion that much more enjoyable. It was a pleasure to meet you Pam and when I go again I'll hope to see you again!

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, Superb service at D&B. I have been to so many and each one disappointed in so many locations, This one was by far the best ever.KAMISHA and Darnell were excellent and very detail oriented in an extremely busy location.Drinks and food and service were prompt and accurate and followed up. So many other locations lack.These employees were true standards of service. The TVs were playing the basketball game, and the guests were into it.What a good energy store.The last, D&B I went reminded me of a funeral home reception.

Everything was great. Managers were very helpful when it came to putting on our hockey game we wanted to watch. One of managers was John. Our service was better than other places we’ve visited in Times Square. Definitely plan to return. ?
