Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid 2 day shipping rates. My order arrived late. They claim not to be responsible since they aren't the shipping company. While that may be technically true I still paid them premium shipping for a product that arrived too late. When I reached out for a refund on shipping I was shocked at their attitude and lack of customer care.
Came in on a Monday morning looking forward to a lox bagel but was disappointed in the quality. Bagel was stale, and there was just a little bit of cream cheese on only one side. They were generous with the amount of lox, but with the bagel being as dry as it was it just didn't work for me
Great tasty bagels with the right crunch on the out side ordered 3 times had a problem took 4 days not so fresh.My 3rd order Vanessa sent me extra bagels and muffins Great products and customer service must order on Friday to get 2 day FedEx service. Arnie
