Went on the recommendation of a coworker — I sent her a thank you message right after! French food is normally not vegan friendly at all, so I was thrilled to get to try this! The brie was absolutely incredible, so creamy and rich. Also thoroughly enjoyed the crabe pane with Brussels and the Toulousaine crepe (salted caramel, bananas, and coconut whipped cream)! I saw very mixed reviews so we were unsure what to expect. We came for a light lunch and ordered the escargots, French onion soup, Mr. Seguin, and La Francinette. Everything was delicious and flavorful. The one thing the 3 of us agreed that we didn’t love was the flavor of the savory crepe itself. I think it was just a personal preference. Trust a Frenchman, this place is a gem in that it manages to give natural-born unvegan traditional French dishes a vegan twist while keeping the dishes names, and the result is quite amazing. Personally love the Poulet Basquais. They also serve crepes.
