As a culinary high school teacher, Delmonico's Steakhouse is part of the timeline discussed during instruction Absolutely floored to dine here, while living in the Southwest. Everything was fantastic, service was spot on, special correspondence with staff, impeccable food. Not sure if there will be anything that will rate to this level. Day dried steak, was a new taste. Highly recommend!!!
Very pleasant and attentive staff. Service was on point from the moment you walk through the door. Crab cake was cooked perfectly and done very differently than I've ever had. I enjoyed it very much. My Delmonico ribeye was cooked to the perfect medium rare. The quality of the meat and the perfect sear and seasoning made this steak a winner. Creamed spinach was OK for me.
