STAFF NEEDS BETTER TRAINING!!!
I was here on Friday around 7pm, (11/21) to grab a dinner with a friend instead to be met by your disrespectful rude staff. She's been using the same glove she used to cut up the brisket and then typing on the brisket scale. I could see how filthy the scale was and this specific staff continues to touch the scale with her messy gloves. This definitely becomes BIOHAZARDOUS!!! And when i asked your staff to please change the gloves, she got too upset, and began acting unprofessional, childish and ignorant. And that's when i decided to cancel my order and walk away. For her to offer an apology, she would then throw insults at me. To me, i kept my cool and composure and remembered your staff is only a young lady that does not realize her behavior is unprofessional and could play a negative effect in the establishment. Give her a proper training for when it comes to serving the customers and maintaining a healthy environment. I mean it and i can take the situation to the Department of Health.

Madeline at the Brookfield Place DIG saved the day! With the AWS outage preventing me from placing my large group order online, I ran downstairs to see if someone could help me in person and Madeline was able to take my order and have it ready in time for me to pick up right when I needed it!

I’ve been to this location several times and unfortunately, my experience with one particular employee has consistently been disappointing. She’s a short, light-skinned woman with a noticeable birthmark on her face. Each time I visit, she never greets me, never smiles, and gives off an unwelcoming, negative attitude.
What’s most frustrating is how often she holds up the line just to flirt with a man—same customer every time—completely ignoring the growing number of people waiting to be served. When she finally returns to the counter, her energy is cold, grumpy, and dismissive.
The food here is great, which is why I’ve continued to return, but I’m done. I shouldn’t be paying $15 for a plate of food and receiving such poor customer service.
To make matters worse, she often skimps my portions (and my friends’) while noticeably piling food onto the plates of male customers right in front of us. It feels shady, intentional, and honestly disrespectful.
This experience has ruined this location for me. I hope management seriously reevaluates who they hire to represent the brand. Consistent poor service like this drives loyal customers away

This is the best. Quick friendly service. Don't let the line fool you it moves fast. I had the charred chicken with greens. The side of broccoli with just a hint of lemon and the side of cheesy cauliflower were incredible tasty and cooked just right. Can't recommend enough

I buy from DIG all the time, during the lunch hours it is busy and a little crazy. Today I was trying to explain my order to one of the staff members and they were extremely rude and dismissive and disrespectful. I was trying to say I wanted two bowls (one with no base) the other with a base and a side - she looked like she was already having a bad day because she kept mumbling things under her breath - then she started yelling telling me to slow down AFTER she already messed up the order which I was trying to explain to her & she was telling another staff member if they understand what I was trying to order and of course they were on her side so they said no. She then proceeded to throw my proteins in my bowl very aggressively. Unacceptable. Especially in a setting like this.
