I stopped in during the busy lunch rush and was very impressed with the young lady at the front. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was running both registers, assisting with online pickup orders, and still took the time to greet me warmly and make me feel valued as a customer. My wait was less than five minutes, but she still apologized and kept everything moving quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism, urgency, and positive attitude made the whole experience outstanding.
I am obsessed with dig and specifically this location. Billy goes above and beyond to make my experience wonderful everytime. Billy always remembers my name and takes extra care of my dietary needs and preferences. Thank you Billy @ Dig for making my work lunches wonderful each day!! So special

I come here pretty regularly, and the vibe is honestly better than any chain could expect to have, which is a testament to the PEOPLE who are making it happen behind the counter! On this particular day, a big thanks to Billy, Key, Gabby and Kevin. They’re bringing cleanliness, pride and joy on a level that really makes it feel like a neighborhood establishment!
