Ordered take out, was supposed to be ready within 15 mins, I go pick it up 25 mins later and the worker instead of checking if ready or not said “its not ready yet probably”. I made him double check because it should’ve been ready ten minutes ago, and yes indeed it’s there. I open the bag and the side of avocado I paid extra for was brown… not fresh. I asked the worker if I can get a fresh avocado bc it’s entirely brown. She goes to check other avocados and shows me...
Food is fine, but what’s the deal with the unnecessary rushing? There was no one else on line behind me, plus I haven’t been to a Dig in quite some time, so I needed a moment to reorient myself with questions about what’s included and what’s extra. Instead the staff kept on hurrying me from one station to another. You'd think they needed to evacuate the building in the next 3 minutes or something.
Had a semi bad experience but Shawna (sorry if spelt wrong) one of the managers called to rectify which i super appreciate 🙏🏽besides that, the food is really good and filling. def get the cookie too
