I love dig inn, it is amongst the top 3 fast casual along with chipotle and cava. Price wise it is on par with cava and a bit more expensive than chipotle but imo it has the most high quality ingredients of the 3. And their charred chicken is as good as chipotle chicken.

Food lacks some soul, not bad but unlike the food served in Le Botaniste.

My daughter had the hot chicken bowl and enjoyed it, my wife and I had the salmon bowl and found it too bland. 3 stars for our food, 5 stars for my daughter's food, so 4 stars.

Service was fast, efficient, spotless. 5 stars.

Restaurant area quite simple, and generic (coincidence?). 3 stars.

Everything looked so good. I ended up trying the brisket which was delicious. What really made it special was the lady working. She was so nice and took the time to explain everything since it was my first time here
