Friendliest service 15 minutes before closing on a Thursday night—when does that ever happen? Special shoutout to Ronell for his good energy : ) food was delicious, but the people made my night!
I was having a bad day stop by for lunch and the server Khalil (not sure if it’s correct spelling) made my day and the food was great

One of the staff girls has a horrible attitude and a poor customer service, we were picking up an order and once we ask about it she yell at one of her coworkers saying that everything was gone and then in the counter she was kinda rude with us

I just stopped by this store picking up my order with a friend and as soon as I was in the counter I said hello and showed the male team member I was picking up. He just blew me out and kept talking to his female coworker and I had to wait till they stopped talking to each other to get helped. After that with such an attitude the female asked me a couple questions which I answered nicely and she said -Oook I’m just asking- and started making fun of us. So disrespectful people in this location.

📍 This is a photo of the exterior of Dig Inn on 4th at 127 4th Ave, New York, NY. I captured this photo in 2021 on E 13th St Street. Street parking space is limited. ★★★★★

Dig on the 4th offers quick healthy meal to the neighborhood. It’s a good lunch spot for people on the run.
You can choose a base, 2 sides and a protein for a bowl. They also have sandwiches and drinks. I had brown rice, Brussel sprouts and broccoli with 1)crispy tofu and 2) charred chicken.
I like the chicken more. Heavier flavor and great portion. Tofu feels flat and only comes with 2 pieces. The portion is significantly smaller.
The service is quick. But they have the ingredients in the tray (plastic?) instead of those stainless steel containers.
There are some tables inside. But most people do takeout.

I liked everything about Dig Inn on 4th.
They were able to create something special, when the healthy food market is already saturated.

Typically like here but saw a server today handle food with a glove right after he was handling cash…

Best fastest takeout when you’re looking for real, filling food. The staff are chill, fast, helpful, and take food allergies seriously.

I can surely say the staff working here is the most unfriendliness staff in nyc. I’ve been to so many places and everyone has been friendly. But here this place no matter who’s working there is just unfriendly and rude. So sad because the food is good! Please improve that

One of the workers was so rude I was shocked by the way she was speaking to people (on shift Sunday 6/15 at 3pm). I love the food here and the restaurant is clean. However, this one server spoke to me in a way not even my friends or family address me, let alone a stranger and was honestly I bit taken aback. I will not be returning to this location
