My oh my, what a delicious meal. I have never had better flatbread in my life. The small salad with gyro was more than enough for a meal. And my favorite dessert- Galaktoboureko!!! I’m so happy I had dinner here.
On a chilly Sunday afternoon Smiley and I dined outside at Village Taverna, heat lamps hung above each table, so we were nice and toasty, the food is outstanding, so is the staff, the atmosphere pleasing, we dined early just before the crowd to get these photos. My wife Smiley rates the Village Taverna 5 Smiles.
We greatly enjoyed Village Taverna. The food was delicious, and all dishes that we tried are recommended. The watermelon tomato salad was a great dish that fits the summer well. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, and though we sat inside, the greenery in the outdoor seating and around the restaurant improved our experience. Finally, the service was great! Manuel was a joy to talk with and answered all our questions well. We always felt taken care of.
