I had the oatmeal bowl—creamy, warm and full of berries and nuts—perfect for a rainy morning. Good service and lovely atmosphere (except for one customer loudly complaining to her friends that she has no friends because she’s loud—no kidding!)
Charming place with delicious food. However, there's a new staff member who isn't very courteous. The last two times I've gotten coffee, his customer service has been lacking.
I never leave reviews but this is probably my top 3 restaurants in NYC. I have been going here nearly every weekend (daily at times) for the past 5 years. Zach, the owner, is amazing, Josiah is the best, everyone is incredible. However, I have had two terrible experiences with one of the new waitresses that joined recently-ish. She has been rude, snarky, and just the opposite of what the other wait staff like Josiah and (forgetting his name but one of my favorite dimes employees...
