The dim sum here is seriously on another level, a total game-changer for my taste buds. The flavors are incredibly vibrant, making each bite an exciting experience. I can't get enough of the savory dumplings, they are my absolute favorite. The chefs clearly know what they're doing, crafting each dish with passion and precision. The textures are spot on, creating a perfect harmony of soft and crunchy. It's the kind of place where you want to order one of everything...
The food is actually pretty good. Veggies undercooked. The chicken shumai had some tendons in it that gave it an awesome textural crunch. I think the har gao was okay, the wrapper is still crumbly. The prices are high, but that’s how it is for the area.
Just ate here with my son, we have been trying lots of dumplings. He said this place is off the charts and should have 6 stars. We had the pork soup dumplings, pork bums, port ribs, and fried pork dumplings. We loved everything.
