The food tastes very local and delicious. The waiter is Chinese, and that's great since I come from China.

Really tasty Chinese food! Their 3 pepper chicken and twice cooked pork are both suuuuper good. Minus one star because it's just too expensive. Their lunch deal is okay priced ($10 for dish + rice) but $20 for the normal portion is just too much for me to order regularly.

I've only had takeout from here so not sure about the service but the food itself is pretty good. It's more expensive than your typical Chinese take out but they also have some more authentic dishes. The dry hot pot lunch comes out to around 12-13$ and pretty good.

absolutely amazing place. food is DELICIOUS and that's coming from someone whose parents emigrated over from China and made Chinese food literally every meal of my childhood. i am extremely pleased to have found this gem.

Ordered a spicy dry hot pot through Ritual. It was $18.50 after tax. The portion was great but I was disappointed with the taste and quality. It was neither spicy nor fresh. The napa cabbage was serve in large piece (3-4 bite per piece), the beef slices was very chewy, and the whole meal was relatively flat and tasteless. The only thing great was the rice. The price was pretty high compared to other restaurants that serves dry hot pot too. Suffice to say, I'm not in a hurry to order another dry hot pot from here.

Me and my partner stayed next door at the gallivant hotel for my 30th and ate everywhere but we kept going back to this place, we are big time Chinese food lovers and we both agreed that the food we got here was better than are local Chinese back home in Northern Ireland. Highly recommend this wee spot .

We were craving hotpot and didn't want to take the trip all the way to Flushing. Googled what was around the area and the first option that popped up was Ding. Showed up with a few friends a few minutes after and I was not disappointed. From the minutes we made it through the door we were greeted with profound hospitality. The food was amazing and the price was very affordable. They also have an option to make a big pot or give each individual person their own pots. Would definitely recommended and will definitely be visiting again.

Came with a friend very familiar with Chinese cuisine and often makes hot pot at home. I had the couple cooked pork belly and leek, it was great. My friend had the hot pot, he said the portions were perfect for one and overall was satisfied with the flavors. However, he wasn't wowed and felt he could easily replicate the broth at home, he suspected the broth was probably premade. He was also not happy with the very mild spice level after he asked for the spicier level.

Came across this place on a map search of Chinese and decided to give it a chance even with their mixed reviews. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals - a few dried pots, rice cakes with veggies and udon with veggies along with sesame and general Tso chicken.

I ended up in that part of town so I figured I should definitely stop buy for some hot pot! It ended up they had a pre-fix hot pot deal that me and my friend were able to do. It turned out to be a ton of food and we always enjoy sharing each other's stuff. Im glad to because everything was soo good I ended up eating way to much! Awesome deal and great wait staff.

Decent hot pot and the ingredients are relatively fresh, but the prices are pretty steep considering the portion sizes you get for each ingredient. For example, a fist-sized portion of the udon noodles is $5, and the pork wontons are tiny and end up being essentially $1 each wonton. The food was good (I liked the wood ear mushrooms, fish balls, beef, and lamb the best) but was disappointed by the portion sizes, especially for the pork wontons, watercress, and fish balls. I did like the variety of ingredients they had at their sauce bar.

I have had many excellent meals at Ding and the food is amazing!! The service is always great along with the portions and price . The staff was eager to please and willing to accommodate any request I have put in if things are not on the menu. This place is great and I recommend it to anyone who is in the area!
