DinTaiFung serves great food, with dishes similar to those found in Taiwan. The menu features a variety of options, including Pork Chop, soup dumplings, beef noodle soup, crab and pork xiaolongbao, cold cucumber, and shrimp fried rice. The restaurant is an absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated cavernous basement space. The atmosphere is dimly lit and cool/romantic, featuring different "zones" with lounge style sofas. It is a very large dining area with a see thru kitchen where you can watch the dumpling making process. The staff is an entire army of enthusiastic and welcoming servers, providing quick and solid service. You really can't go wrong with any of the dumplings, and the baos are an absolute must-try. The food is delicious and fantastic, with perfect presentations. Overall, DinTaiFung offers a top-notch dining experience and is a great place to have a special meal, making it a must-visit for dumpling lovers.
