I tried to do a bulk order with them. They don't pick up their phone, so I had to physically walk over to the store. I put in the order, with the time I needed it and a number to call me at if anything went wrong. I arrive at the store on the day of the pick up (after trying to call and confirm, with nobody answering), and they tell me they have no dry ice and that the ice cream will melt if I take it now. Now I've wasted two trips, and have nothing to serve at my party.

The girl at the register was so nice and helpful. My poor review is for dippin dots company. You guys are cheaping out on flavor. I ordered the banana split and I didn’t taste any banana. 8 dollars for bland fake banana split. I want my money back

The area is really close to the train station so it’s very convenient and for my first time with this ice cream type desert it was really good and the staff was so sweet!
Great and I loved the dipping dots I mean who doesn’t love some classic dipping dots .
