Delivery guy refused to deliver my food to my door meanwhile my order was placed for “hand delivery” not “pick up at lobby” he proceeded to cancel my order due to his inconvenience of me not being able to go down for my food. His excuse was after 1am buyer must come down to pick up order as per store policy and he had other orders to deliver so he couldn’t come upstairs.

This place is okay , I just wish they have time to do the food on time , so if you closed at 1am you should put online time class order at ect ect bcz f we order like 10min away of closing the pizza is horrible. Plus late night the pizza is not great . Some ppl work late night and don't want to cook late night so order pizza . And plus the delivery ppl should be more careful with the pizza is not the first time the pizza look horrible like seriously
This place is alright ive been eating here my whole life basiclly. Whether your getting pizza, Chicken, a sandwich, pasta you name it, it will guarenteed be decent. But this place need to add more sandwiches options like a meatball sub id love that, and they need to make the cash limit higher for delievery im tired of having to limit the food i eat just to meet the 50$ arrangement. Sometimes the delivery guys have attitudes dont take your anger out on me because your wife got banged not my fault man. But ive saw some reviews and boy they was outragous, Anyways i probably wasted 3 minutes of your life because you wanted to read this #NotMyFault.
i got a thin crust pizza with sausage bacon and beef. got the cheesy garlic bread also. food tasted fine, but gave me the worst food poisoning in my life. i’m going on 4 days without being able to keep food in.

Pizza was good, but there's no seating area. Pictures showing tables inside are old. You won't be able to eat your pizza inside. You'll have to take it home.

I ordered a 3 pasta bowls here and they gave me 5 bites worth of pasta. I called them up to see what they can do they said they could not help me because someone called them before with same problem and he accused me of being them. He asked for my order number which I told him and he can easily figure out that the to orders are separate, he can even check the payment numbers to see they are different orders but he chose to argue and not be helpful. He kept repeating that over and over and that he would not help me. I asked for the manager and he said he already left for the day. I'm assuming now that they give little portion of food if this is a problem that happens to them often. I've ordered from dominos and never received 5 bites worth of food.

Not sure why people give these guys less than five stars. For a weird, backwards, bizzaro-world like Washington Heights they do pretty well. Food is always good, always on time, and the delivery guys are very polite.
