Terrible Customer service . you’d expect for a store in times square to atleast have manners for their loyal customers but they’re very rude and when i called about my order they hung up on me and was yelling over the phone over an order i never received .

I had to give 1 star because giving zero isn’t possible. I ordered a pizza from this exact Domino’s on UberEats and even if the app said the order was completed it never arrived. I called this Domino’s and it hang up right away. I then called UberEats and they promised me that they would immediately send it within 15 minutes. I waited for an hour in the pouring rain. I called again UberEats TWICE and they hung up on my face after I told them what the problem was. I lost 20$ after waiting for 2 hours and I never got my pizza. This behaviour is unacceptable and I demand a refund.

Ordered online for collection. Our pizzas sat on the shelf for ages (maybe 5 minutes) before I was served. Then when I paid the server was fiddling with the computer for ages before he handed over our food and drink. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, was arguing with a customer before us about what they'd ordered. Just seemed like chaos even though it was not at all busy. More efficiency needed!
