EDIT: after they hung up on me, i called back and have been on hold for twenty-one minutes... best avoid this place (and chain) if you don't want to be robbed. even went in person and they said they didn't know who to contact so i should "deal with it."

They take advantage if u ordering off of Uber eats …… I placed a order for two bowls they packaged one bowl and sent it to me.. basically robbing innocent people and the hassle of me getting you money back from Uber was just sickening…..I have video proof If anyone wants to see it

My first time trying Dos Toros. The staff were very helpful and patient explaining their menu. I selected a little bit of everything. I found a stray hair on my first spoonful and that negatively affected the way I interacted with my meal. Flavor-wise it was bland. I’m not tempted to try this again.

Tacos tasted okay. I get that prices have gone up and this is the financial district also, but $14 for two tacos?! Insane. -they charged me $2.50 for guacamole.- The taste is not even grand. They're okay. The ambiance is nice and roomy, but customer service is bad. The two ladies serving have a very bad attitude. They were dismissive, looked bothered and annoyed, and actually had a "stank lol attitude unnecessarily. At the end $14 was not worth the experience.

I almost never write reviews, but I felt inclined to write one for Dos Toros now. They have completely changed, especially from pre-pandamic quality. In the last 2 years, the quality has gotten worse, and now they have raised their prices AND are upselling everything from queso to 2 sizes of chip bags (I had to ask twice to explain the difference in sizes. Long story short: the small bag is the same size they used to give out). I used to go to Dos Toros because I loved it, in the last year I went to Dos Toros because it was quick and easy (especially since they are never busy anymore). Now, its not worth it. WAY too expensive for worse quality than ever, and mediocre customer service. Sorry, until you lower your prices, and raise your quality, you have lost a customer.
