We went around 4pm on a Sunday . It was not busy there when we went. We were warmly greeted both at the entrance and once we were seated. Our server was nice.The restaurant is located on the second floor. There is a elevator that come off the sidewalk outside then go up one level and then go across the hotel reception area to the elevators in the back. My friends and I visited Yao (the newly opened sister restaurant to Chinatown spot August Gatherings) last Friday. The food was great and the décor was fantastic.
