Usual local asian bakery and sandwiches. They do have bubble tea and different teas. Heads-up cash only at the moment. It's hard to get seated. To go place near the park. Get some snacks, breads, tea/coffee, as you're in the neighborhood.
Got the portugese egg tarts and the original HK style egg tarts and they are amazing! They had a great assortment of other baked goods like moon cakes and buns. Will definitely go back to try the others!
