Sofia's of Little Italy Reviews
Bait & Switch tactic outside with videos of "fresh pasta". Our waiter was nice at the beginning but disappeared after our food was brought out. Getting our check required flagging him down respectfully of course. Price of food is normal in the city but the quality did not match. Pasta was undercooked and our waiter never came to check on us either. Would not return.
This was the last dinner we had in NYC. First off, the service was rude. As soon as they realized we weren’t going to order alcohol they were very cold and rude to us, they never once refilled our waters or asked if we needed anything. More importantly-the prices for the amount and quality of food. I paid $22($30 at the end!) for 5 pieces of undercooked ravioli. Oh and a piece of a basil.
One of the worst meals I have ever had. Would not recommend for anyone to eat here....read full review
The food, service, and prices were fantastic. All staff were attentive, pleasant, and professional. We randomly chose this place on a whim walking through little Italy and would absolutely return! Thank you to the staff for a pleasant dining experience!
