Food was good. Wine good.We were approached outside about lunch special by a greeter, lots of choices, once inside they gave us the regular menu, we had to ask again for lunch special menu. Seemed like a bit of a hustle. Wine was expensive and then they added a 18% tip on their own. I prefer the to pick my tipping percentage.

Sitting at Diego’s bar made me a better wife, mother, daughter, and person. He brought me back to life and shared his passion for New York, making me excited about waking up tomorrow. If Sofia’s does not give Diego a significant raise, they will be doing themselves a disservice. Diego is the reason for Sofia’s. He is the light. Go to Sofia’s for Diego… And the orecchiette di salmone. Sofia’s is lucky to have him.

diego was absolutely fantastic. we had so much fun sitting at his bar. definitely recommend this place. diego is an asset to the team, and his smile lit up our day. the way he shakes those martini shakers… wow — dinner AND a show.
